What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number if you add it, and information about your event such as the date, venue, guest numbers and any dietary needs you mention.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, send you a quote and, if you book, arrange and deliver your event. Our lawful basis is that this is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract with you, and to perform that contract if you book. If you tell us about allergies or dietary needs, we use that only to cater for your event safely.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. Enquiries sent through the website form are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, and our email is provided by Google. Gift card purchases and card payments at the horsebox are handled by Square under its own privacy policy. This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser shares your IP address with Google when the page loads.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry doesn't turn into a booking, we delete it within 12 months. If you book, we keep booking and payment records for six years to meet our tax and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email ross@rollospizzeria.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
